Remote Support are able to offer remote support and online training for those people who live outside our on-site coverage area, including international customers, by connecting directly to your computer via the Internet. All online chat and remote support sessions are secure and not viewable by anyone other than you and your technician.

You may also use these services if you need high speed assistance, which would not be feasible otherwise.

Booking procedures are essentially the same, though please book by telephone or "Online Chat" if assistance is required very quickly. Remote assistance is charged per hour. International customers will be required to make a booking and payment prior to the support being given.

Optimised for instant remote desktop support, this small customer module does not require installation or administrator rights — simply download, double click, and give the provided ID and password to your supporter.
